CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Clients who provide this advance notice will not be charged. However, cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications made without 48 hours' notice or failure to attend the appointment will result in a 50% charge based on the scheduled services. We value both our clients' and our stylists' time, and thus, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be declined service. While we acknowledge that emergencies can occur, we will assess such situations on an individual basis. *All booking fees are nonrefundable*
